Herculaneum High School presents "Shrek: The Musical"

Talk about challenging lighting situations! Photographing a high school play with stage lighting is one of the toughest.  Tony decided to accept this challenge and photographed the Herculaneum high school's presentation of Shrek: The Musical.  The kids did an amazing job and the casting couldn't have been better!

Here we have Shrek and Donkey at their first meeting.  Both actors nailed these parts.

Oh, Lord Farquad, what an evil "little" man you are.  Brilliant costuming as well as great character acting.

Here we have Fiona, as a child, as a teen and as an adult, locked in the tower awaiting her true love.  Beautiful voices on all 3 young ladies.

Here are all the Fairy Tale creatures, sending Shrek off on his quest.  Again, fantastic costuming!

And the bows!  These kids really know how to put on a performance.  If you ever get the chance, be sure to check out either the fall play or the spring musical. Always entertaining, and lots of talented kids.
