If you follow our blog then you probably remember seeing Christi and Josiah's engagement pictures a few months ago. I had the pleasure of capturing their big day for them. A smallish affair in our home church, it was simple and beautiful. Tony was along with me to make sure we didn't miss a thing. I really appreciated these two allowing us to be a part of their wedding.
This week I was asked to photograph a wonderful family reunion. Ron and Terri had all 3 of their grown children and their families together, including 7 fun grand-kids. The kids did such a great job, but as anyone knows, the more kids, the more fun the challenge! I love capturing "real life". I hope that this family had as great a time as I did and will look back at these images fondly for many years. All because two people fell in love - Janell.
This Saturday's session was positively awesome! I had the pleasure of putting Bekah in front of the lens. This lively young lady lit up the room. The room that I'm referring to is called the "Melt". The wife and I had a date night at this cool looking establishment a few weeks ago and I flipped over this place. The nostalgia, bicycle rims, the couch with a heart shape in the middle and of course .... the WAFFLES!!!!!! You can pretty much have waffles with anything in this place. Ok back to Bekah. This place was a cool back drop for Bekah's smile, not to mention her love of all things "hipster". Next on the list was the "Delmar Loop", my old stomping grounds. Man things have changed. This eclectic location was another great place that had enough color to really bring out Bekah's eyes. - Tony.
